The course is designed for the novice or experienced auditor desiring to learn to audit to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000.  Through hands-on activities and simulations, the participants will learn the requirements of ISO 9001:2000, auditing terms and definitions, the process model, the process audit versus the system audit, audit skills and techniques, planning, preparing, performing and reporting the audit, and case studies in corrective action.
